"We received our relaxsaks this morning and we were utterly amazed and pleasantly surprised (to say the least) at how fast they got here! And of all coincidences, the Fedex guy happened to be a very chatty, uvsc alumni who was very impressed at the price of your saks (having personally experienced the lovesak in a student haunt and having some knowledge of their priciness). After fluffing up the saks and letting our kids play on them, this alarming sense of guilt started setting in. I'm afraid we may have robbed you. I mean seriously, are you actually making a profit here?!? At any rate, I have big plans to tell everyone I know about your saks. We love them. They are everything you said they would be (in your hilarious little promo-video)."

"I just wanted to let you know that I have had my Monster Sak now for about 6 months, and not only do I get some great comments on its comfort, this last weekend I had friends in from out of town and they slept on my Moster Sak for the weekend and said it was so comfortable they were going to order one for themselves. I know I love it, and it is in front of my office desk at home and I spend a few days a week taking a break in my Monster Sak. Thanks for such a great product.

We admit that maybe 1/100 customers would comment that they didn't mind the harder feel of other bags, but they didn't like it enough to go pay twice as much for it. "
